NEWS: 20 Mile - Kings Of Southern Pop EP due out September 21, 2010 features production from K-OTIC



Its been a blessing to work with Atlanta's 20 Mile for over a year now. I've had the opportunity to produce a few records on the EP "I'm Free" & "Late Night". Currently I'm working on their full length LP due out 1st quarter of 2011. Either way, here is the official Press Release

20Mile Entertainment LLC, to Release 20MILE’s EP “Kings of Southern Pop”(Bet You Didn’t Know Southern Boys Can Do It Like This), September 21, 2010. Their Debut Album, “Kings of Southern Pop,” is slated for Release 1st Quarter, 2011


ATLANTA, GA – 20Mile Entertainment, llc is thrilled to announce the release of their EP “Kings of Southern Pop” from the Dou Pop Group 20MILE. The EP is scheduled for release September 21, 2010 and available on ITUNES Worldwide; Rhapsody; Napster; CD Baby; E-Music; Sony Connect and etc. on September 21st, 2010.


ABOUT 20MILE
“Kings of Southern Pop”, is the creation of Duo-group members, Sean “MILES” Johnson and Tharell “TWIN” Roberts. Newcomers to the industry, 20MILE has spent the past few months independently creating their debut project. “It has been a challenging journey but that’s life, “Miles said. “This project is the story of our lives, so many different paths and phases, and because of that, it will connect with people.”


ABOUT THE EP
The 5 song EP includes the contributions of producer(s) Peter E. Jacobson, Rolando (K-OTIC) Blake, and Barry (B-DUNN) Dunn. All songs were Written, Arranged, and Recorded by Sean O. Johnson and Tharell D. Roberts. The leading single “Wishing Well” has already hit the airwaves, in Las Vegas, NV; St. Louis, MO; Houston, TX and On Demand.


ABOUT SEAN “MILES” JOHNSON
A Chicago native, Sean “Miles” Johnson has been singing since age 12. As a young adult, Johnson realized his talent for singing, writing and producing music, and pursued a career in the industry. In addition to music, Johnson is a member of Greater Faith Christian Center and serves as a mentor inner-city Atlanta youth.


ABOUT THARELL “TWIN” ROBERTS
Growing up in South Georgia, Tharell “Twin” Roberts began singing in the Riceboro Church of God Choir in Riceboro, Georgia. After moving to Atlanta as a teen, Roberts pursued a career in music, joining and participating in various music groups and projects.
